BACKGROUND
Claire-Voe Ocampo is a corporate event planner by day and family event planner by night! She is extremely passionate about events and loves bringing her unique style, attention to detail and innovative ideas to every event experience. With 15 years of experience in the corporate world, her journey into event planning began during an internship with a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in business, where she helped organize a seminar featuring Madeleine Albright, former secretary of state.
After graduating with honors in business management and marketing from Northeastern University, Claire-Voe began her full-time events career at Forrester Research. She then channeled her energy and creativity into various roles at fast-growing B2B tech companies, including Collibra and Contently. Her event experience knows no boundaries – from large-scale conferences to VIP exclusive events to intimate dinners.
Over time, her reputation for orchestrating successful, cutting-edge events that align with a brand’s identity gained the attention of many leading companies. She eventually started her own event planning business, VoEvents. What sets her apart is her strategic planning, innovative thinking, and flawless execution. Beyond her career, Claire-Voe enjoys exploring new cities, Zumba classes, live music, and treasured moments with her wife, Kendra, and their three children.
